Have you checked the "printer preferences" to make sure the driver is set to "colour" and not "black and white"?

Replace the printer. The rom chip is probably trashed and the software isn't loading correctly. Also inkjets are never ever worth fixing any decent tech and the manufacturers will tell you this.

check the cartridges or have replace a new ink

is the printer win7 ready? if not open the installer then select setup.exe right click on it then select run as administrator

pls check the driver if its compatible to win7 if not before running the setup right click on it then select run as administrator

yes maybe it require to replace the cartridge, but before doing it pls insert the cartridge one by one, i mean put the black ink then observe if the light stop blinking,if yes then the color ink need to replace
