HP PSC 1315 All-In-One InkJet Printer - Page 6 Questions & Answers
How do i clean my hp psc printer 1315, dissemble?
I have the same question. I want to clean the inside of HP PSC 1315, I want to get beyond the scanner glass. I tried to use a screwdriver to unscrew the four screws on the four corners of the printer, but the screwdriver doesn't fit. Is there a special tool to use it. Were you be able to dissamble the printer ?Please let me know. Thanks!

I can't hide my drives even i navigate the gpedit
you can't hide the drive, you can share or not share. However, you can hide and un-hide folder and files. go to the properties of the that folder or file, select hide.
if you login or any one else login as you, they will see the folder or file as a "masked" not hidden.
it will be hidden, when who ever login as themselves.
the other thing you can do is to set the security on the drive, folder or file via security setting. if you don't allow certain individual to access the drive, folder or file. this has to be done via local administrator login.
this is more secured. the individual require password to gain access to that area.

Clearing paper jams
Paper jams can occur for a variety of reasons but are usually paper related. Follow the steps below to clear the paper jam:
-
Turn off the all-in-one and unplug the power cord. With the power off, the paper feed rollers will turn.
-
Open the rear access door of the all-in-one by pressing in on the left side of the access door and then pulling it toward you.
NOTE:
All paper jams must be removed by pulling the paper out the back of the all-in-one using the rear access door. Pulling the paper out the front of the all-in-one rotates the paper feed rollers in the wrong direction and can lead to additional problems.

Inspect the pressure rollers on the rear access door and verify that they are clean and turn freely. Clean the rollers if needed with a soft towel lightly moistened with water. If the rollers do not turn freely, replace the rear access door.
-
If under warranty, contact HP to obtain a replacement part.
-
Click How to buy on this page to order replacement parts.
-
From the rear access door opening, gently pull the jammed paper free.
-
Remove the remaining paper from the paper supply tray. Discard any paper that is damaged or crumpled and then re-stack and reload the paper into the paper supply tray.
Do not continue to push the paper in after some resistance is felt. If the paper is pushed in too far, more than one page will feed into the all-in-one at a time.
-
Reattach the rear access door by inserting the two pins on the right of the door into the holes for them (as shown in Figure 3 below) and then pressing in gently but firmly on the left side.
