You need to install a PDF print driver. When you print, select the PDF printer and then it will save it as a PDF file.

Some web pages are made up of two or more frames. If you use the Print button on the toolbar, only the active frame will be printed. To print the web page at it appears on the screen or to print only one frame use the Print dialog window to select what you want to print:

1.To print the web page including all the frames, in your web browser, click the File menu and select Print. In the Print Frames section, select the radio button next to As laid out on screen and click OK.
2. To print one frame, left click once on the frame you wish to print to select it. in the Print Frames section, select Only the selected frame and click OK.

Alternate method: Right click on the frame you want to print, choose Open Frame In New Window, then just print it out from the new window that opens as you would a non-frame web page.
Note: In Windows Internet Explorer version 5 or above, framed Web pages are printed with each frame coming out on a separate page by default.

you are trying to install a driver in an operating system that it is not designed to run in it occurs for example if you are trying to install the driver for a unit that requires a win 8 as the os but your are trying to put it in win xp

Turn off your printer. Look in My Computer for any HP Memory card icons. Right-click on them and disconnect all that you see.

Lift the lid and check the scanner light when you attempt to copy or scan. If it is not lit, then that is your problem. This is a relatively old device, and uses a fluorescent lamp. These require a short warm-up time that will increase as the bulb ages and eventually the bulb will fail. At that time the warm-up indication will remain since the bulb never reaches temperature. Based on the age of the unit (first release 2004), if the lamp is bad, it would be prudent to get a new unit.

Please make sure nothing fell into the printer. And before printing, make sure the printer is on a steady or sturdy place. I already got a paperclip, a pencil and a little rubber ball from a printer. SO don't be surprised when you find something to missed for days.
