You need a mains adapterthat has Input 100-240V Output 19V - 3.24A and the input plug that fits into the power socket of your laptop. It does not need to be from ASUS.

Google search the Internet for a suitable power adapter, make sure the output voltage is the same and the amps is 3.24 or higher.

I own roughly 50 of the LG L1953TS monitors, and have this exact problem with a high percentage of them. Far higher than any other make/model I've ever purchased.

My only solution was to file a warranty claim with each one.

You might try speaking with LG customer service regarding what has to be a manufacturing defect. I wish you the best of luck with that, as their customer service towards me has not been particularly stellar.

You need to check the output voltages of the power supply to see which one goes off. It may be due to short circuits some where, Also check for open circuit, bulged capacitor.
To do this you must have basic electronics knowledge, because it will require you to open the back cover.
