Go online to the website of the phone manufacturer. You should be able to find the drivers there.

I believe that this is the driver you need.

you'll need vista drivers for that which radio shack didnt make for my cable so i replaced it

go into the system restore and choose a date when the usb ports were working then let it go thru its process of restoring. It will restart and then test the usb ports then, if you still can't get them to work then that means the motherboard is bad.

What you need to do is to make sure you have the right cord to connect your phone to your computer. After you do this what will happen is after you hook up your phone to the computer, the computer will recognize the phone as a drive letter. Then at this point you can copy your music to whatever folder that your music is on the phone.

After you unhook the phone and restart it, then you should see the music show up. Just make sure the music you copy over is in the same format as the other music that was already on your phone.

its happen due to virus enfection which ifected ur drivers who recognize the device .
u can use two options first restore ur system on a previos good seting date .
other wise u have no option beside format

Try first to connect the usb in a different USB port if your computer have more.

If it doesn't work a reboot should fix the problem.

You must use the camera mate disk video disk and have it installed because the disk has the drivers on it!

Go to the manufacturers website. They keep all of the drivers ready for download. You will need your computer make and model number.

If a program is failing and you want to disable DEP to see if that is the cause. Here are the steps. (Just disable DEP for the program in question… don’t disable it for your whole system.)

1. Click Start
2. Select Control Panel
3. Select System
4. Click the Advanced tab
5. In the Performance region select Settings
6. Click the Data Execute tab in the dialog box that opens
7. Select Turn on DEP for all programs and services except for those I select
8. Click Add.
9. The open dialog box will open. Browse and select your application.
10. Click Open
11. Click Apply
12. Click Ok
13. Reboot

Well, I actually figured out what was wrong with mine.  It was actually my hard drive which was causing the reboot. It was still under warranty, so I had it replaced.

Those blinks [flashes] are fault indication (Error Codes). From the number of blinks occur at one time switch ON, you can get an idea about the faulty circuit section inside it. This will make repair easy. These are called blinking codes. Make sure about the exact number of blinking of the standby/power LED, by switching On & OFF the set, for at least two times.
