You have given little information. Check is not littered filter of the pump adown washer machine. Needs information that works? It Is Flooded and meets water? Works die out? Works the pump?

The balancer springs are bad or your barrings aren't no good check and replace both and see if that works

A device called a solenoid open and closes when activated by the control board (circuit controller). If debris collects inside of the chamber when it is open or closing, it can leak or simply shut down. This device will open upon command and allow water to enter or exit. It takes its orders from the command center and if it is damaged, plugged, or no longer capable of switiching on and off, it needs replacement.

it maybe that the pump winding is open circuit some machines use the pump winding as the neutral line for the water valves so if the pump fails they wont fill no point in it filling if it wont empty

If washing machine aging, that possible damage heating element. Necessary so- check Drain and hit of water on electronics.

It should be behind the Kicker plate on the front right at the bottom of the machine , it may have a Philips screw on it it may not but be prepared with a couple of heavy towels when you open as a small amount of water will empty when you open it. Through my experience it is best to check the filter once a month because it will not drain and spin properly on the wash cycle if it gets clogged which means a fair amount of water will spill out when you open filter, hope this helps
