How to reset the xerox phaser 7500 chip?
I ´m searchingfor the same answer. I have been refilling the toners but now it seems thatthey reach the limits, so the printers is asking me for a new toner. I knowthat you can find from alibaba.com the reset chips. If I have any news I'llposted, please do the same.

When you get this error for 3 consecutive times then it keeps coming even the error has been rectified. It will keep coming even if you turn the machine off and on. The solution is that you have to download the Error30_snippet and send it to the printer. HEre are the links for

If its a new hard drive then it definately dint and doesnt have software for it,i also have the same problem then i confirmed i dint have the hard disk.now im purchasing anew one and clone my spare 7760 hdd.

Again in broad terms.
When you see processing data that could be a sign that the internal processor is trying to make sense of the information you sent to it.
I've seen Xerox printers saying processing data and nothing appears before.
It could be anything from a bad file sent to the printer, that it can't deal with or print because you don't have a PDF license perhaps.
The other helpful thing would be to see if your error sheets have been turned off. I know it is usually a wast of paper but it might be a clue as to why no print appears apter processing your file/print.
Consider this, the printer I have is sat quiet with a window saying ready to print and yet the fuser is quite cold. The only thing that can wake it up is a genuine print. Now if it's cold all the time then you should have a 'Fuser Error'
Again, sorry to be so vague but without being on site it's difficult to get to the bottom of your query.
The local Xerox engineer or concessionaire should be really helpful.

Receive message of out of paper
Pull the paper tray completely out. using a flashlight, look into that section. There should be a black flag hanging down. That is the paper out sensor flag. If it's not hanging down, look at the roof of that section and see if you can find it hung up. If it's there, carefully pull it downward gently. If it's missing, time to call in the technician because the main board is going to have to be opened up to replace that missing part.
