Set your Filter Switch to LPF.  Turn the Bass Gain/ level all the way down temporarily. Set your Crossover to below 100HZ.  Then Turn on the system with a Bass test sound.  Turn up your bass Gain/level until you get distortion.  Then turn it back till you just get the distortion out.
