U-Line 2075WC Wine Cooler Questions & Answers
Door not sealing properly
I've had a similar problem in the past and it was due to the unit not being on a level surface. Sometimes the surface may look level but it's not. In my case it was the concrete in the kitchen floor area where the freezer sat had a slight dip in it. Once I adjusted the leveling foot on the unit it solved the problem.
U-Line no longer cooling
This sounds like the thermostat is the problem. I wouldsuggest touching the compressor at the back of the unit to see if it is hot or cold. If it is hot then you have probably have power down to the compressor, if it is cold you could (if capable) bypass the thermostat to see if it kicks in.
Hope this helps.
I have a U-Line WC that is not cooling. I'm pretty
Disconnect the power first, then remove the thermostat and the wires. Be careful not to kink the metal capillary tube. That's the coiled silver tube attached to the thermostat. Remove all the bottles and loosen the screws that hold the evaporate plate to the back wall. You should see an attachment for the capillary tube to the evaporator plate, this is the sensor that senses the evaporator temp. You may also have a plastic tube somewhere in the back of the unit where the capillary tube is channeled up into the cabinet area. Just keep this in mind: the capillary tube attached to the thermostat is connected to the evaporator plate to sense the temp. The wiring should be a direct fit, just do one at a time and make a mental note as to where they go in case you get stuck-take a picture.
I have a simmons nuflex bed that is fine except the foot wont raise. Massage works on foot, but it just wont lift. No clicking or noises when using the remote
If the foot of your Simmons Nuflex bed will not raise, there may be an issue with the motor or the lift mechanism. Here are a few things you can try to fix the problem:
- Check the remote control: Make sure the remote is properly functioning and the batteries are not dead. Also, check that the foot lift button is not stuck.
- Check the wiring: Check the wiring between the remote, the lift mechanism, and the motor for any frayed or disconnected wires. If you find any damaged wires, they will need to be repaired or replaced.
- Check the lift mechanism: Inspect the lift mechanism and look for any visible damage or debris that may be preventing the foot from raising. Clean the lift mechanism and lubricate it with light oil.
- Check the motor: If the motor is not functioning properly, it may be preventing the foot from raising. If the motor is faulty, it will need to be replaced.
If you are not comfortable with these steps, or if the issue persists after trying them, it may be best to contact Simmons customer support or a professional technician for further assistance. They may ask you to provide your bed's serial number and other information to help troubleshoot the problem.
