Question edited for clarity. Question moved from Washing Machines to a better category. This appears to be an Australian machine and is unknown in North America. The is nothing on it apart from people selling them and no manual available. Normally, you remove the top. Then you remove the macerator, the part with the teeth. Then finally the basket. You wipe out the machine with a wet cloth and put it back together again after washing rinsing and drying the removable parts. Believe the basket is the same. The newer lids have a flange
around them which can be filed down. Takes time, but file away
tapering it until it fits in the juice bowl. With a new lid you may
have to adjust the chute to blade gap. On bottom loosen center
locking nut and turn adjusting screw clockwise until chute contacts
blade, then back it off a half turn and lock it down. A few older lids
are around, but it's hit and miss.

I just ordered a plunger by phoning waring at 1-800-4-waring It was just about $20 for the part and shipping.

It's going out of balance like a washing machine with the clothes
on one side during the spin cycle. I've had mine for 20 years and
have not completely mastered the balance problem. Just try to
feed produce as slowly and as evenly as you can. If it really starts
to vibrate too badly, turn it off immediately or the blade will jump
and cut the feed chute.

Rotate the lid and unscrew the clutch nut
holding down the blade and basket. Then
you can lift the hold assembly out.

Unfortunately, since these juicers do not eject the pulp, they will tend to go out
of balance. Juice nothing softer than apples and try to feed it as evenly and as
slowly as possible.

I've had one for 21 years and when I replaced the blade the same thing happened.
The blade is not supposed to be held firmly in place so it can slip intentionally to
minimize vibration. If you bought the juicer new, think back, and I believe you will
remember the vibration problem. I seems with a worn blade they vibrate less. The
motor is very durable and uses roller bearings like on a skate board. I went back
to the old blade, which I sharpen with a drill using a small bit.

a whole lot involved here. Place the juice bowl on the base first, then the basket,
blade, secure with the clutch nut and rotate the cover to lock it in place. Watch
out they vibrate, so juice hard produce evenly and slowly.
