There might be either a cable that is loose or not connected properly or there might be a problem with your TV's hardware. I would try to first re set the TV by unplugging it and everything else that is connected to the TV for about 1 minute and also press and hold the power button for 30 seconds too and wait a couple of minutes to plug the TV and everything back in.
This problem is related to the mainboard and should be replaced. You can try to heat up the microprocessor with a heat gun though best solution is to replace mainboard. Part number is EBU60864321.
Hope this helps!
Well you have covered the main two, overheating and failing capacitors. The only other one I can think of is a component / IC dry joint on the circuit board. As the board heats up, the connection fails. Or something is failing internally when heating up.
Try using a different HDM cable the cable might not be working properly and check the output for the video settings on your device and see if the issues is still happening. Having the improper resolution or refresh rate settings might cause the image to be flickering on the TV's screen.
well you have no ISP internet at all;
so only path is CELL
so in the CELL setting, enable, tethering,
4k netflix will fail
ROKU is best in the world, I have 3 hear, and player work now for 8 years no probs.

but tethering will cause you huge data overage bills
call your Cell phone provider and have this discussion.

good luck to you. !!!!
It has very old components and is in need of repairs and some tlc.
Take it to an old fashioned TV repair shop, find an engineer who is over 50 years old and you should stand a chance of success.
You can then look forward to large electricity bills from using it.
Updating the firmware and ensuring power to the TV, and make sure that the cables are plugged in correctly. Unplugging the TV and everything that is attached to the TV for about a few minutes to see if that makes a difference.
If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. Pull up older posts. Surf the site with patience. http://electronicshelponline.blogspot.com/
Circuit diagrams of power boards to many popular devices are given. You can fetch this details there.
If you received a good main and t-con, cables and plugs are good, there isn't anything left other than a panel issue. Try unhooking one flat ribbon cable at a time and see if you get half a picture.
Check the disc. The disc could be full or the disc could be the wrong format. The disc could have smudges on the back of it. Clean the disc. Remember, DVD -R can only be recorded one time. If you mess up, you can not record on it again. Once a DVD-R comes out of the tray, it is automatically finalized. You can not add to it. I recommend using DVD+RW. It is user friendly disc.
That is the right amount of voltage the issue is when one or more of the individual LED lights fail, the current changes and the power supply senses it and shuts down.
