I cannot connect to the internet at all or anything as my wifi will not work and doesn't connect at all. This happened all of a sudden so I reset my phone and when it re started it asked me to select

How do I upgrade my 4n OS from the one it was having wen I bought it?

If you did upgrade, you won't be able to down grade. To make upgrades possible the software only allows upgrading. only with the right interface and the correct software, you will be able to change a flash memory in a device. (each device will have its own specific interface for that.)

My phone keeps turning itself on and off wont let me do anything any help will be appreciated

Some times is down to software failure try update through laptop pc or try reset the phone to factory remove sim and sd card first though hope it helps
