You cannot install Star Wars Empire at War onto Window 7 because it does not run on Windows 7 only lower versions of Windows.

You seem to have a "Not original" game. You have to replace the game ".exe" with the cracked one. Your CD has a folder that called crack. Copy all the contents inside this folder, to the game's installation directory. Thanks. Please Rate my Solution.

i tried EVERYTHING to fix this. nothing worked, went to the retailer where i bought it and got another copy. same problem.
solution- go to cosmi.com, go to the customer service page, and tell them exactly whats going on. i did this and within a day i had recieved a reply e mail and within a week i had a brand new copy of the game e mailed to my house and this one works fust fine. my guess is that when they condenced the game onto one disk that someone somewhere screwed up pretty bad and they know it. it is NOT on the list of games when you send them the E mail but it IS on the list of supported titles. just pick any game and in the header write something like THIS IS NOT CONCERING (whatever game you selected). I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH STAR WARS EMPIRE AT WAR GOLD PACK. and like i said, customer service was great. game is pretty sweet too. kthnxbai.

If you purchased this new, the Retailer HAS TO take it back if it didn't come with the product key. Also, contact the manufacturer and explain to them the problem providing as many specifics as possible about when and where you purchased it. You'll get a code or a replacement.

The sequence of steps for playing the game may be that you have to fire up the game and then follow the prompts (insert the disc). There may be nothing wrong with it, it just doesn't look for the disc on the optical drive when you fire it up and therefore you have to eject it and reinsert as prompted. Also, try turning off your antivrus before attempting to play the game.

I have that same box and it says the same to me but I found out that this kind of box has a fake gold pack disk becuase the real one says windows ontop and.does not have the cosmi name like in the ones we have

If there are multiple disks, you need to put the "game" disc. If you have the "game" disc in the disc tray, you need to uninstall the game then reinstall the game.
