how to set time on my g-shock watch dont have my manaual.

Press MODE button to get to the AL (alarm) screen.
Press 12/24H button to toggle to the :00 screen.
Press ADJUST button to toggle SIG (signal) off.

To make it beep every hour you must first put it on the alarm mode. Then, press the START-STOP button until a little bell shows up at the left. Hope it helps!
