Why is my fridge not cooling apart from a 4" spot on back wall

It needs refrigerant gas, there isn't enough pressure to cool the whole refrigerant evaporator plate when the liquid gas vaporises to gaseous gas. You need a service call.

My Refer Refrigeration unit takes a long time to cool down after usage. Noticed ice near fan on upper surface. (NOTE: Fixya doesn't like the correct spelling or Ree-fur unit).

You can first start by checking the R134a gas to make sure it is good and the system is not low on gas and if the gas is good then you can check that the system is going is defrosting on time

Hello good day. I have a Coca-Cola Display Cooler with an Elstat 100 controller. When the cooler works for about 12 hours it starts to cut Off and On.

Question edited for clarity. It is cutting On and Off due to a device called a Clixon, which is an overheat cut out. Remove the grille at the bottom below the door and you will see the condenser fins. They will be clogged with lint, dirt and dust. Vacuum it all off. You should be able to see through it. Engineers use a degreasing aerosol spray like this

Web 19 oz. Condenser Coil Cleaner WCOIL19

Home Depot https://www.homedepot.com > Web-19-oz-Condenser... Helps remove soil and build-up on condenser coils · Spray directly on condensate coils and wash off detergent with water hose · Biodegradable formula · Aerosol can ... Rating: 4.2 · ‎854 reviews · ‎US$8.98 ... and then they use a small pump sprayer to carefully flush the dirt out onto paper towels below it. WITHOUT spraying any electrics! Then go to the back of the fridge (which is normally open at the bottom) and clean the condenser fan motor and blades with a small paint brush and vacuum the dust away. Now make sure that fan is turning when you switch it back on. This fan not only pulls cold air from the front and through the condenser, but it also cools the compressor as well. Overheating a compressor will make it fail prematurely in months. This should fix it. In a commercial setting, this needs doing every 6 months. This is your controller manual and details, but that isn't the issue, it is lack of airflow causing overheating. https://www.google.com/search?q=coca-cola+cooler+with+a+elstat+100+controller And how to clean the coils https://www.google.com/search?q=commercial+display+fridge+condenser+cleaning ..

Fridge in my 2012 Sterling 32RL

The fridge in your 2012 Sterling 32RL is most likely a 2-way refrigerator. This means it can operate on two power sources: 120-volt AC power (shore power or generator) and propane gas. Typically, 2-way refrigerators do not operate on 12-volt DC power directly. However, some RVs may have an option to run the refrigerator on 12-volt DC power while driving, using the vehicle's battery system. This is usually done through an inverter or a converter that converts the 12-volt DC power to 120-volt AC power to run the refrigerator. To determine the specific capabilities of your fridge, it is recommended to consult the owner's manual or contact the manufacturer of your RV or the refrigerator itself. They will be able to provide you with accurate information regarding the power options and operation of your specific refrigerator model.

I'm getting the error code 1F and it keeps coming back. The water line to the icemaker is disconnected and has been. How can i keep it from coming back?

The error code 1F on an LG refrigerator indicates a problem with the ice maker fan. The most common cause of this error code is frost or ice buildup around the fan. If you have disconnected the water line to the ice maker, then the most likely cause of the error code is frost or ice buildup. To fix the error code 1F, you will need to defrost the ice maker fan. This can be done by following these steps: Unplug the refrigerator or turn off the circuit breaker that powers the refrigerator. Remove all food and drawers from the freezer compartment. Open the freezer door and allow the ice to melt. Once the ice has melted, use a hair dryer or heat gun to melt any remaining frost or ice around the ice maker fan. Wipe away any moisture with a clean cloth. Reassemble the freezer compartment and plug in the refrigerator or turn on the circuit breaker. If the error code 1F persists after defrosting the ice maker fan, then there may be a problem with the ice maker fan motor or the control board. In this case, it is best to contact a qualified technician for assistance. Here are some tips to prevent the error code 1F from coming back: Keep the freezer door closed as much as possible to minimize air circulation. Defrost the refrigerator regularly, even if the ice maker is not in use. Clean the ice maker coils regularly to prevent frost buildup. If you live in an area with hard water, consider using a water softener to reduce the amount of minerals in the water that can contribute to frost buildup. By following these tips, you can help to prevent the error code 1F from coming back and keep your refrigerator ice maker working properly.
