This seems to be a Konica Minolta all-in-one 1590MF, about which I know nothing, and not a PagePro 1300W. I've not been able to find a manual by Googling, and following the links on the left here led me to this site (below), but it's just a user guide and not technical. 1) Grab the front cover grip and open the front cover 2) Pull the handle of the imaging cartridge toward you, and then pull out the imaging cartridge. Note Do not expose the imaging cartridge to light for a long period of time, otherwise decreased image quality may result. 3) Pull out the jammed media along the feeding direction. Note If media is jammed in the fusing unit, pull the media downward to remove it. CAUTION: The fusing unit is extremely hot. Touching any part near the fusing unit may result in burns. Do not touch the image transfer roller inside the printer, otherwise decreased image quality may result. 4) Align the imaging cartridge with the guides in the printer, and then insert the cartridge. Note Do not insert the imaging cartridge at an angle or with extreme force, otherwise the printer may be damaged. 5) Press on the front cover grip and close the front cover.

hi, rollers cannot be cleaned , this could as well be a driver conflict , reinstall the software drivers and check the Konica website for updates.

Hi,
Konica Minolta PagePro 1300W is not compatible with Windows 7 64-bit.
According to the printer manufacturer's website the expected driver release date for Pagepro 1330W was July 2010. Check here.

Despite initial appearances, Windows 7 supports this printer directly.
Click the launch (start) button, and go to devices and printers
add printer
local
Choose the port it's attached to
if the port isn't listed because the printer isn't hooked up, just choose LPT1 for now
Click on Konika Minolta and then click the WINDOWS UPDATE button ****IMPORTANT*** if you don't click Windows update, your printer will NOT be in the printers list.
there may now be 2 Konika Minolta listings on the left, choose the one that has more than 1 printer in it
The papgepro 1300W will now magically be in the list - choose it, and hit next
Follow the prompts and share the printer if you need to, or not if your computer is the only one using it, and on the screen after that, choose whether or not you want this printer to be the default printer
After the driver is installed, if you chose the right port already you can go ahead and print a test page.
If not, don't print a test page, and finish the installation, then plug in the printer - it should come up as new hardware, but now you have the driver for it and it should default to it during the installation.
You will now have 2 copies of the print driver if you didn't have the right port the first time, Either set the new driver as the default, or delete the first one you installed on LPT1: after the installation completes
If you just put the driver in for the right port, go ahead and print a test page.
