Did you install the disk that it came with again?? If not you need the driver to run the product. Once the driver is installed then you can plug in your printer and set it up. Remember to NOT PLUG IN PRINTER UNTIL DRIVER IS INSTALLED! If you need the driver here is a link:

Download,double click to install, then plug in printer.

like of you have a hp printer goto hp.com , click on suport-drivers then download the drivers

Please diregard. Since I was using an aftermarket toner cartridge, I took a chance and bought an OEM cartridge and... voila... it's working fine. Apparently, all I had was a bad cartridge.

Suggest you visit the Konica Minolta site and download the latest driver. As long as you know the model number it should be straightforward!

Also try turning spooler OFF/ON. Also, try turning 1350 OFF/ON. Those sometimes work. But 1350 had same problem with W98SE so must be a problem in 1350 software(?). I got so tired of this that I bought a Canon MFC which works perfectly. Still use 1350 to use up the toner.

Try this site. You will need to input your model number then your OS info. Hope this helps.

I believe it is a Windows problem and not a printer problem. Try to print from a different application, to see if it is working.
