Hey Mike,
It is normal for these rollers to become dirty. Be very careful not to scratch it, you will have to replace the whole fusing unit and not only the roller and the whole unit it's not cheap at all.

The printer is complaining about cyan - flashing error light
This is a common fault on all Magicolor 2400, 2500 series printer. the cause is the 3 pin contact on the bottom RHS of the machine which touches each cartridge chip as they rotating across so that the machine can find out how much pages each individual cartridge has done or how much percent has got left.
This 3 pin contact tends to lose the tension
as the machine done about 7-8k pages so it does not contact with the chip firmly. the complete solution is to replace a new 3 pin contact but I don't know if konica stocks this item. Temp. fix can be done by bending each pin a little bit outward, but you have to remove this assy outside from the machine first.
Paper got stuck in Konica Milolta magicolor 2400w
I had the same problem and this worked, although it is not the answer to your question:
Take a standard manila file folder and cut it to the basic shape of a standard piece of paper. When you lift the top cover on the under side you will see a diagram on how to pull the paper out in the case of a paper jam. Feed you file folder up from the bottom and you will ~ with a little work, more than likely be able to clear the jam.
I have several white (dosent Print) stripes down
I would suggest cleaning the printer first to see if any ink or small debris was left.
But, since the problem occurred after you replaced the cartridge, I suspect that your new cartridge is faulty and needs to be replaced and returned.
Hope this helps.
