I have had a similar problem, firstly you need to open the printer and remove the paper that is jammed and ensure that there is nothing else that could cause a paper jam and then close up the printer and switch it off at the power point. leave it for about 20 seconds and then plug it back in and turn it on and it should work.
generally with these types of problems a simple reset/restart is the best solution

Fatal error means that the mother board is broken.

the cartridge is full but in the middle of the printer there is a white bag-like area that contains toner replace the bag or fill it up (some do different things) and continue to print as you would normally

in the back side of the drum unit is an fuse
just replace the fuse

the cable is called a "usb cable" - most printers don't come with them these days - but you can pick one up at any local electronics store for around 10 bucks - or online...here's a link for one that will work on amazon

If the line is white (no toner is added in that area) check the laser head glass which is located right below the drum. Remove the drum and you should see it below a narrow strip of glass. Just be sure to be clean, with no dirt, toner or pieces of paper on it.

You installed the wrong driver. Uninstall this driver and all the files associated with it and reinstall the English driver.

Removed each toner cartridge, shake it and replace it.

I don't know if this is the real fix but it worked for me at this time..
