Magiccolor 2350. Paper jamed(paper end only)in
Kindly open the delivery door and back side of the printer. Check the space between metalic roller and the plastic with the help of a pin or something thin like ruler. Probably a pin or stappler might be stuck there just remove it. your printer will work fine. Secondly check that if any plastic is burnt or melt over there if so then use something rough to make it plain.
The error light keeps coming on even after removing and replacing
There are many things that can cause that, the fuser has a lamp for heat that can burn out, is there heat near the exit area? Do you use generic toner's? they don't always reset properly. You may need a shop to locate and repair. You may just need to clean the feed roller as it could be trying to print the last job and not picking up paper, too many things to look at and solve with no info.

When the front door is open, it locks the 4 cartridges so they can not move. The tab is flimsy & I broke mine on the second or third change. It pushes on a mechanical switch just above the toner port. If you broke the tip of the tab off, you can use a drywall screw inserted into the Mechanical switch. when the door closes the bigger part of the tab will push the screw against the switch,

Hi Andy,
How many times have they suggested cleaning the 'Print heads'? I apologize if there were any. Sometime they don't read the whole problem.
From the top, I'm familiar with Laser and LED printers. Not your specific model. That being said. This isn't the first time I've hit this problem.
Toner dust found its way somewhere it shouldn't have. Plain and simple. Getting it out? Hopefully just as simple....
BTW, in the future, use a vacuum with the smallest, fuzziest attachment you can find. I learned the hard way myself quite a while ago.
I assume you have checked the drum for blatant evidence and found little to none. That's ok, we're going to let the machine do the work any how..
What I want you to do is print a full page image of something. I don't want you to totally waste toner, but the only remaining white on the page should be the borders.
So if possible, a big medium to dark grey rectangle. This should blanket and clear the drum.
Then try and print something normally.

Hello I like to know what I can do about the light
Your cartridge ink nuzzle may be blocked in some places and
it results in these white lines. Another issue that cause white lines is if the
cartridge electronic panel is dirty so it can’t send signals to the cartridge
effectively. The electronic panel is the front of the cartridge where you see
many copper dots/points.
To resolve blocked
ink nuzzle: Simply apply a folded tissue paper to the ink nuzzle and press
firmly. If the tissue comes off well blotted with ink it means you still have a
good amount of ink in it the nuzzle is not blocked. If not blotted or scantily
blotted, it means ink is really low or nuzzle is blocked. To be very sure of
this, place nuzzle in a place/saucer with a bit water so that the nuzzle is
soaked. Leave for about 10 minutes. Then apply the tissue again. If still not
well blotted it means ink is really low or empty. If new you should return it
for a replacement. In the case of blocked nuzzles, the procedure may be
repeated over to get results.
To clean electronic
panel: The electronic panel on the cartridge that makes contact with the
cartridge carrier inside the printer is dirty and needs cleaning. This electronic panel is front part of the
cartridge with copper “dots”.
The Solution
is to try to clean this panel with a piece of folded tissue paper soaked in a
bit of methylated spirit. Also try to clean the area in the cartridge
carrier/holder that makes contact with the cartridge’s electronic panel
(Usually this is more difficult). If you cannot reach it with your fingers, use
a stick or something with tissue wrapped around it. Allow to dry well and
return the cartridges, close the cover. The
white lines should disappear after this.
If it doesn’t at first patiently clean it the second time and it should
be resolved.
How do you rotate the toner color wheels?
There's a slot just to the left of the cart. opening that you insert a flat screwdriver in. You press in the spring looking part in the center and you can rotate the wheel counterclockwise.
Spooling problem. It starts printing the first
Clean the rubber pads on the feed wheel with isopropyl alcohol and Q-tip.
If the printer sees a jam - it is doing the correct thingby starting at the top of the page it got jammed on.
