I am having problems with my printer feeding the

I have the same printer. My solution is never fill the paper tray completely full only about 3/4ths full and never let it get below about a quarter from empty either (I put in a bunch of already printed on pages for the bottom 1/4th of the stack and when those start to print I know its time to add more paper. You can have the tractor feeder replaced (that is the part that sucks up the sheets of paper from the stack) and that will fix your problem but the quote that I was given on mine to fix it was more that the printer was worth.

I have just gotten new

Turn off the printer.Pull toner cartridge from it then reconnect .Try with another cartridge then check. If still same issue then you need to do some servicing on fuser unit. For that open back cover of printer then you can find fuser unit open it from printer then open all parts of fuser unit like roller and other parts make sure roller is fine and there is not any small paper pieces.Clean sensor then check. Let me know if you need further assistance. Thanks for using FixYa.

Paper won't feed up to print

Try using Windex and a lint free cloth(not paper) on the feed rollers. The rollers may be glased due to age or use. If that does not work, call a tech.

I just install a konica minolta magicolor 2400w

I have a Konica user guide for your printer here:
2400w User guide PDF

Have a look at the introduction and troubleshoot sections for the light blink codes, these give you an idea if it could be an error.

Continuous streak - top to bottom - on printout.

Try looking for lint, paper, or anything that could have hung up inside.
A piece of something could be blocking the imaging unit.
In the old days, there were wires in the laser printers and papers would shed and leave paper hanging on the wires.

Paper jam at transfer roller with no paper jammed

Had the same problem after cleaning the rollers also. Technical help was rubish. In the end I found some clues n fixed it. There is a flag between the rollers n if it gets stuck and or in my case the spring behind it came off, then the sensor thinks there is a constant paper jam. Undo one screw and get inside n check the spring n flag. I done this. placed sping etc back in place, put it all back together n bingo. Be carefull not to drop the screw inside and make sure the cog is properly engaged or you will get a funny noise. I can provide pics etc if needed.

Install konica minolta magiccolor 2400w printer

Hallo,

I have a Konica-Minolta Magiccolor 2400 W. It wasn't used very often roughly less than 150 pages in 2 or 3 years. So I do not believe that I reached the capacity of this device. Now it says the black tomer is empty and need to be replaced. If one have a look at it: it is without any free place at the roll. So there must be nough tomer in it.

Please is there anybody who can provide an idea how I can set the information of this toner to zero again?

Thanks for your kind assistance.

I can not get my toner cartridge to rotate.

Hello,

I hope I can help you with this, but if not, I hope to refer you to a repair option.

Have you tried turning off the printer and waiting 10 seconds then turning it back on? Maybe this will reset the rotate toner key so it will work.

If you push the Rotate Toner Key, does anything happen or does it appear that it is not functioning at all?

As I understand the process, the Rotate Toner Key rotates one toner cartridge at a time to the position for replacement. They rotate in order until all the cartridges have been replaced that are requiring it.

From the manual: "Press the Rotate Toner key once to move the cyan toner cartridge so that it can be replaced. With each additional press of the Rotate Toner key, the black, yellow, then magenta toner cartridge moves so that they can be replaced. The indicator for the toner cartridge that was moved so that it can be replaced lights up."
If three lights are lit, three cartridges need replacing.

Two white gost lines in the middle on the middle

Something is wrong with your printer -- part of the drum is *NOT* holding the magnetic-charge that the laser should be creating. So, none of the ink "sticks" to the paper, resulting in a WHITE strip.

Take the printer to a qualified technician, for proper trouble-shooting & repair.

I keep getting an error message. It will print one

its possible the feed rollers that pull the paper into the copier from the tray isn't picking up... you will see marks on the page where it tried to pull it up... if this is so... or its possible that one of the sensor arms that the paper flips... gets jammed and needs to be reset or a sensor along the paper path is bad... I would start with the paper feed rollers I’m happy to assist further over the phone at https://www.6ya.com/expert/norman_d2fa496dce30c65d

The printer won't print, and I get

Hi there
You can try see if this may do it.

Go to Start / Run and type in "services.msc" without quotation marks, then press Enter or click OK.

In the window that opens (Services) look for "Print Spooler" on the right

Right-click "Print Spooler" and select "Properties".

Click on the "Recovery" tab and change all 3 drop-down boxes to "Restart The Service".

Make sure the 2 text boxes underneath say "1" in them.

Click Ok until you are back at the Services window, close it and you're good to go.

Go back into the properties of the "Print Spooler" tab and be sure to click Start to restart the Print Spooler service and it will restart the service immediately.

The Print spooler depends on the Remote Procedure Call (RPC) service. Is this service disabled? Go to services.msc look for RPC. Check state: Automatic

Please come back and just gave a vote, it will gave me some satisfaction to know am helping some one so I will keep on helping.

New computer, old printer

I looked at the page and could not find one either. I check the Microsoft Windows site to see if your printer is compatible with Windows 7. Microsoft says that there is no information in regard to this. There may not be a driver for Windows 7. You will need to contact Konica Minolta and ask them if they are planning to provide a driver for Windows 7. Good luck and sorry I couldn't be of more help.
