I bought a used 2400W

First of all, here is the main ONLINE SUPPORT page for your model:

http://printer.konicaminolta.com/support/current_printers/mc2400w_sup.htm

And here is a direct link to the ONLINE USER'S MANUAL for that model:

http://ec1.images-amazon.com/media/i3d/01/A/man-migrate/MANUAL000066617.pdf

To view the Support Page or the Owner's Manual with Operating Instructions just use your mouse to click on the link, which is the underlined and highlighted text just above. This will open a new web browser page automatically for you and allow you to view the information at the website indicated and the contents of the Owner's Manual.

You may need ADOBE READER installed on your computer to read PDF documents.
You can download this free at WWW.ADOBE.COM if necessary.
Click on the DOWNLOAD ADOBE READER button on right side of the ADOBE home page when you get there, the follow the onscreen instructions to install the software on your computer.

Ensure you have the correct paper size selected in the PAPER TAB of your printer driver preferences options. See page 12 of the manual for details.

If you are not using the supplied driver for the printer, you can always download it at the main support page above.

Please comment back here to this page if you have any details to add, have any questions, have difficulty accessing the links, or just require further general assistance and I will respond as soon as I see it.

Thank you very much and good luck.

Joe.

I have and error blinking

The possible reason for error is the printer does notread chip on the cartridges.
The reader for chips locate inside the printer bottom ofcartridges.
Take out all cartridges and you see reader it is a small blackplastic which come three contact plates.
Just clean it with compressed air and take out if some contactplate is sedentary.

I replaced all my toner

Hi. The only way to reset the toner error is to replace the counter chip on the toner cartridge since this is a re-manufactured toner. These should go for about $10 a piece. Otherwise, you can set the engine to continue on error.

Paper will not feed

If the feed rollers are turning when you try to print, then clean them off with a soft cloth dampened with alcohol. You probably have paper dust on them and they're slipping.

2400w Konica Minolta Magiccolor

dont understand your problem quite well, but, for a connection problem, update driver, change usb cable and last if nothing helps, update firmware.
for a paper take up problem,:
turn off printer,
remove cover,
remove drum cartridge,
under that there is take up roller, pull the knob and move the roller to right, then you can pull the take up roller out.
first try to clean it and also clean plate under the take up roller. if thats not helping, then you have to cut the biger (larger) plastic sides of the take up roller a little smaller..
should help.
good luck

17h error, paper comes up the back and stops gives

Error 17H is a rack rotation failure:
The toner cartridge(s) may not be sitting correctly, which would be the easiest fix - otherwise you have to carefully examine the inner workings of the printer itself, to see what is causing the rack to get jammed or slowed down at some point along the way.

Error light flashes ... Message: Open the printer

1. Check the control panel to see which color of toner is empty. As an example, the procedure for replacing the cyan toner cartridge is described below. I f the Auto Toner Replace check box of Mode Setting in the Status Display was selected, printing stops when the toner is empty, and the empty toner cartridge moves so that it can be replaced. .

2. Press the Rotate Toner key. The lit indicator for the cyan toner goes off, and then the toner cartridge carousel rotates. When the cyan toner cartridge is positioned so that it can be replaced, the indicator for the cyan toner lights up again. Press the Rotate Toner key once to move the cyan toner cartridge so that it can be replaced. With each additional press of the Rotate Toner key, the black, yellow, then magenta toner cartridge moves so that they can be replaced. The indicator for the toner cartridge that was moved so that it can be replaced lights up.

Installation:
