I have the same problem here . support team is a shet team .I own 10B and one day I join table 50/100K after that the pot me in pokerist jail no friends no players look like none here I send more than 100 msg none here too !I decide leave that bad game for ever the only way to not get block is buy chips from them if you keep play and when in mega table or win a big pot ,, so you will be welcome in jail

Have you not checked the website for help in acessing your account there normaly have a password or username recovery in place if not contact them via email or telephone. hope this helps

this happened to me and my friend. I gave my friend some chips so they think that i was selling chips. So i think that banned me. have to wait and see, otherwise cant see to find the solution.
