It seems that somebody hacked your account or use your FV account. Usually if Zynga founds out that if somebody is violating their Terms of Agreement, they put a hold or banned that account. If you really don't know what caused this restriction, the best way to restore your account is to chat with a rep from Zynga so they can restore everything on your account.

This is a very common complaint; but there's nothing you can do about it, except wait the 2/3 days. The suspension is due to Zynga system flagging a possible use of game cheats in use, & this is a completely an automated process which can't be overwritten by customer services, I have tried myself. This will be your 2nd suspension, as they progress by adding a day the next time. You might find in the next couple of weeks, you'll get a 3/4 day suspension.

Hi Karen. You need to go into the settings for your Facebook account & unblock it. Look on the blue banner along the top of any Facebook page, & there will be some icons towards the right hand side; it should start with your profile picture, then your name; there should be 8 icons in total. The very last one is a bit like an arrow head pointing downwards. Click on this arrow & select settings from drop down list, on the page that opens, select blocking from menu towards the left of the page. This should open a page entitled "manage blocking" Scroll down to find section named "block apps" then either type in the app name or scroll through list of blocked apps. When you find Farmville, just click on the "unblock" option next to it. Then try to load the game & it should load for you now. Hope this helps.

You need to remember that Farmville is still in beta. If you are able to load Farmville then Flash is working properly on your computer. The problem isn't on your end, it's on Zynga's side. Give this a try... Open up Farmville in a completely different web browser, like Firefox or Google Chrome. If you're still having the same problem, then the issue is on Zynga's side and not yours.

Likely to be a problem with your broadband provider. Sometimes there can be a small change needed in settings if you're using Google Chrome browser. Go to settings, click on "show advanced settings" then make sure the box next to "predict network actions to improve page load performance" is not ticked, if it is, remove the tick. Might help, but sometimes it doesn't; if not, contact your ISP for advice.

You might try changing your browser (Firefox, IE etc) also see if you have the latest versions. It also could be stuff on your computer. You might want to also clear the cache and even do a complete virus scan if possible.
