You will find an arrow head on the outside back of your watch where all the printing is. When you put this lid back on, this arrow needs to be aligned with a notch on the inside edge where the cover goes on. As you are looking at the watch from the back with the cover off this notch is in a northwesterly direction. If you doubt it then just hold the back on without popping it in all the way and hit your mode button to make sure that you hear the beeps again. If you do, then you've found the right spot.

Here's the inside of my Timex Expedition Dive watch. To reset the watch after replacing the battery, press down with a small screw driver on the metal tab that the red arrow is pointing to.

from the time mode, press the mode button/lower left button until it reaches the alarm, then press and hold the lower right button which is the "set" button, until the seconds blinks, use again the mode button to choose what are you going to change, (note: the digits that are blinking is changeable using the upper right button) if your done, just press the "set" button/lower right button once.

on the lower right button, you will see the set button, press and hold it until the digit blinks, now you can adjust it. use "mode"(lower left button) for choosing what part of the digits are you going to change. use the upper right button for adjusting the digits that are flashing. when your done, press again the "set" button to finish. i hope this will help you.

one of the button of your watch is probably stuck. if you can open it, just check all the buttons and if you see the stucked button just push it outside, if this solution does not work you have to bring it to watch service center. i hope i had been helped you.

Hi,digital and analogue watches have 2 different batteries,I believe you need to replace the battery of the analog part ..just reminder,so save money and time you can replace both at the same time to prevent to replace the other 2 monts later.!Hope this helps! If it is just the rotating bezel that is loose or turning then it is not a problem.

If the glass crystal lens is loose from the body of the watch then it is certainly no longer waterproof to the specified depth. It would likely still be water resistant against rain and splashes but it would no longer be a viable dive watch.

Replacement of the crystal is possible by a jeweller / timex technician but you will have to weigh the cost of repair versus the purchase price of a whole new watch.

Yes it is a warranty situation, it clearly has a cog wheel issue and needs to be rectified. It is sticking or there a broken part inside the watch. It should be returned to the place of purchase, and they might offer a exchange which would be better.
