Hold down the "Allergy rinse" button, "Spin Selection" button at the same time.
Turn the Wash selection knob to the left on "Cold". Result: You should see different codes flashing on screen, this is resetting the machine's error, and is exactly what we want.
After a few seconds turn Wash selection knob to "Off".
Based on your post I understand you have a Bosch WFVC5400 "Vision" series washer. Hopefully the info below will supply you with the assistance you require.
I will start by letting you know though the E27 & E95 error codes are not common nor are they listed in the service manuals, they are known to be associated with door lock and communication errors. These can be due to the door lock mechanism failing and/or is overheating. It is recommended that you unplug the appliance for 30 minutes and try again. The E01 error indicates a door lock error directly. Though again this can manifest from an improper draining and not necessarily a lock problem.(drain time exceeded). If the unplugging the uit fails to rectify the errors, you will need to first check the pump/drain lines and if all else fails replace the lock assembly unfortunately....but that's getting ahead of ourselves. Try this first... The next step is as follows,
Following this ( or in reverse order it's your call if you think there may be substantial water still present ) I'd do this step first...checking the pump filter. It may be a good plan to have towels close by, or a wet-dry shop vacuum.
It's as follows...
Then the filter removal...
That should resolve the problem, As I also alluded to before, there is a possibility the lock itself is faulty, but not likely.
Thanks for choosing FixYa and good luck. Let me know if you need further assistance or if any of this is unclear.
**NOTE:too much "He" detergent or the use of non-He detergent can also cause too many suds which are opposition to proper operation of these machines and can and DO cause all kinds of error codes** Once the issue is resolved I recommend running the unit through the hottest temperature possible on the longest cycle possible and add some product called "washer fresh" or "Affresh". Both are designed to remove residule soap buildup inside the tub assembly and prevent errors associated with soap suds, which usually manifest in errors with the pump and lock. Regards,
error code e01 means the computer thinks the door is open even when it's closed you can repair this using this guide:
Bosch Front Load Washer Error E01
Look in your manual for the 'transit bolts' removal. Serious damage will be caused to the washer if these are not removed prior to starting the initial running of machine.
Potential causes and fixes:
Battery Terminal Corrosion:
Cause: If your Bosch laser receiver has been submerged in water, the battery contacts and sometimes the circuit board may have corroded.
Fix:
Remove the batteries and clean the battery terminal contacts.
Pry open the bottom cover and clean any corrosion on the circuit board.
Calibration Issues (for Bosch GLL 2-20):
Cause: Dropping the Bosch GLL 2-20 can lead to misalignment and errors.
Fix:
The best way to address this problem is to calibrate the laser level.
You can either contact the Bosch service center or follow the calibration instructions in the manual.
General steps for calibrating a laser level with a misaligned pendulum:
Remove the screws and outer cover.
Locate the pendulum hanging in its stationary position.
Remove the glass window of the laser level.
Adjust the stationary position of the hanging pendulum using the main adjustment screw.
Fine-tune right-left adjustments using other smaller adjustment screws.
Reassemble the laser level.
Cracked Glass Lens (for Bosch GLL 2-50):
Cause: If the horizontal glass lens is cracked, it affects accuracy and safety.
Fix:
Unfortunately, this problem is often unrepairable.
It's advisable to replace the laser level to ensure safe operation1.
Remember to lock your laser level when not in use or during transportation to prevent pendulum movement1. If these steps don't resolve the issue, consider reaching out to Bosch for professional assistance or repair
