Brother MFC9320CW All-In-One Printer Questions & Answers
Brother mfc9320cw goes to sleep and won't wake up without turning printer off and on again
I had the same problem
on my brother MFC-9320CW
I set it up to work over wifi and it worked well for months then i started having issues one day (showing offline)
i had to restart the printer all the time to be able to print again (showing as Online).
but after 10 - 15 mins it lost connection again and I could not see it on network (PING IP)
I couldn't even web-interface to the printer in the browser using its IP address (** see below)
It appeared to point at a printer problem
I know this may seem strange but eventually my investigation came to finding that it was a router problem - well my router anyway.
It doesn't make sense i know - but it was definitely a bizarre router problem in my case.
After that i was able to web-interface to the printer
I RECOMMEND YOU DO THIS:-
1. turn off your printer
2. restart your router
3. wait 2 mins
4 restart your printer
IF YOU FEEL CONFIDENT TO DO EXTRA TECHNICAL/NETWORK CHECKS
Also allows you to manage things at your machine
5. ** find out the IP address of the printer - either on the printer itself - menu>network>IP
ive setup my printer to be static IP so i always know what it is
OR If you know how to get into the control panel (web-interface) of your router then it will show active connections and IP addresses of equipment - including your brother printer
6. i use the web-interface as it immediately shows me if i have a dropped wifi problem--If the printers control panel is avalible in my browser then all is fine

We have a Brother mfc-9320cw
This happened to mine, only my thick edge was blue. My problem was that the little green slider that cleans the wire on the toner holder was pushed to the wrong side. (Sorry, can't remember technical term for the green thing or the wire! It has an arrow on it and it's pretty easy to spot.) Push it all the way back to the left until it clicks and it should fix the problem.

Check toner level on brother mfc9320cw machine
On the Brother MFC-9320CW you can check the toner settings through the printer directly. Go to your printer and press the "Menu" button (located in the center, slightly under & to the left of the screen). Then arrow down and click on "6. Print Reports." Select "Ok." Then arrow down and click on "5. User Settings". Select "Ok". Press "Start" to print the report. On the last printed page will be a list of toners and the bar will show you how much toner is left. Hope this helps.

How to fix " replace a belt" on ABrother MFC9320CW?
The Transfer Belt is the plastic sheet that you can see when you take out the Cartridges and Drums from the printer. It lifts out. Just grab the handle and lift. Underneath this is the Waste Toner Cartridge too. If the belt needs replacing then that will need replacing soon after as in this machine both are rated to 50,000 pages.. The Transfer Belt us BU200, the Waste Toner is WT200. You will need to buy these from your local brother supplier. In the box there will be instructions on how to reset the counter for the particular item you are replacing.

How do i change the fuser unit
Hi, the fuser is in the same compartment as the toner cartridges. Lift the front up like you are charging the toners and that first piece above the toners would be the fuser. We do carry them
