Ti 85 log base
If it does not have it, use the equivalent formals
Log_base b(a)= ln(a)/ln(b) or log_10(a)/Log_10(b).

My TI-85 screen looks like it shifted upwards. As a result, I can't see the bottom part of the screen. How can this be fixed?

Put in new (fresh batteries), and increase the contrast to the darkest, then reduce it. Do this a few times: It may bring the pixels back to life.
If that does not work, consider setting aside this calculator and buying a new one. It suffers from old age, and it is not worth it to try to repair it. Try to get a used one: If you risk nothing you get nothing. Besides that 200 $ figure is erroneous. You can get some good Casios (with a Computer Algebra System) for about 150$. Or a TI84 Plus Silver Edition C (in color) for the same price. OR a N'spire CAS, or an HP 50 G. Need I list others?
