Hi,

Sorry to hear that. This problem may appear due to pressure on the LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) screen. However, it can occur by itself if it gone bad already. The only remedy for this problem is to replace the LCD or check if it has an inverter and replace it.

Hope this helps.

My TI-53 calculator will not

I do not know of any TI calculator with Model number 53, but I will try to give a general answer. If you get a window range error that means that the Window limits are not set correctly. For example, the lower limit in X, Xmin must be algebraically smaller that the upper limit, Xmax. The default for the TI graphing calculators are Xmin=-10, and Xmax=10. Similarly the Ymin must be smaller than Ymax. The default limits for the y-variable are Ymin=-10, and Ymax=10. If your calculator has a Zoom function ( if it is a graphing calculator, it must have it) then Press Zoom key and select Zoom Standard or ZoomStd.

Hi! Could you pls

write the first number all inside a parenthesis. Then push divide. And put all of the bottom inside another parenthesis. This is what you have to do for all multistep division problems on these calculators because they go step by step from left to right.

I accidentally deleted an app

As you well know (?) the application Calculus Made Easy is not free. So, if you deleted yours, I suspect you have to contact the Application Vendor to allow you a new download, or send you a disk.
Once you delete something from the calculator there is nothing you can do to recover it. Sorry.
