7 button doesn't work

If you're talking about your laptop, try to gently remove the button and clean it with a laptop cleaner. spray a bit of it on a small piece of cotton until its damp, not wet, and clean the area, and put the button back on. If it is infact something wrong with the sensor take it to a local computer store. If you're working with a mac, apple should have a solution for you.

How do I enter ln55-1 divided by 2? The answer is 1.5 however I'm coming up with 1.99

Be careful with the order of operations. Try (ln(55)-1)/2You can never have to many parenthesis. remberr PEMDAS ln is an exponent so you want to put it inside parenthesis in oder to follow the Order of operations.

I suddenly got a message....Please install calculator software now. How do I do that?

Connect it to a computer with TI Connect installed. Run TI connect and open the Updates TAB. Update OS. Of course you must be connected to the Internet. Or use an IO cable to connect it to a similar calculator and send the OS from the 2nd machine to yours. Read about the procedure in the Manual.

Wha is a percentage number of another of another

Hmmm. Could you give more details? Are you wanting to find a percentage? If so, here's an example - 10% of 100 is 10. Multiply 100 by .10 = 10. So to find the percentage of a number, multiply the number in question by the decimal version of the percentage. 8% is .08, 15% is .15, etc. I hope that helps!

Replaced 4 AAA batteries AND NOW THE SCREEN IS ALL DARK

Hello; TI is not my favorite. The calcylater is for keeping tabs on yjr number of batteries used in a given time. Kidding!. Make sure, you probably alreay have, the batteries are installed correctly. No offense, It happens. The negative (flat) of the battery always goes against the spring contact. As you put the batts in, rotate each one several times to ensure it is seated and making good contac. Make sure the device is off when messing with the batteries.all batteries should be new or at least in same condition. If there is a bad one it will try to balabce and affect the others.. Look for a reset pinhole, Usual place is on the back. A small paper clip placed in this hole and press until a ckick will may be the need. Doesn't take much pressure so take care not to Gorrila the thing. _Good Luck-Ned-
