I am having a problem with my Ge dryer catching my

it may be snagging clothes on a sharp edge or flashing on the plastic light assembly overhead of the door. you might just need to take a small piece of fine sandpaper and remove the burr or sharp edge thats snagging stuff..

also one or both of the rollers in the front may be worn, allowing the drum to bear down on the seal more, opening a gap at the bottom to grab your clothes then pulling them around with it, you just happen to catch it when its stopped and sitting still just hanging there.. while u have it apart u might as well check the rest of the rotating parts out for wear, etc and replace while you have it opened up..
hope this helps,
best of luck,
ttfn

Sensor Dry off is displayed and clothes are not drying

That would be the dampness sensor probably under the door of the dryer. It tells the machine when things are actually dry. It may have failed. Check the chassis for schematic if you have opened it up, if not look for a manual. Make, model, manual, .pdf on the www.

The dryer works fine but it randomly turns on and starts beeping. Any ideas?

I would be suspicious of a defective touch screen first. If you would like me to upload a service manual and work along with you on this then please let me know. APPLIANCE 911

Put in a new motherboard and powered it up a on the screen it said problem detected an to contact GE service center. Can you tell me how to reboot the board

There are several boards in that dryer that can cause problems. Inside the control panel, usually laying flat in a plastic envelope, should be some paper with service information on it including how to get the display into service mode. Once in service mode you should be able to see what part is causing the problem and it will also tell how to exit service mode once fixed.

ELECTRIC Dryer no heat or little heat: Check your venting and lint basket. Check blower for lint build up and blower wheel obstruction., test by trying to turn the wheel manually by hand (should be easy) May have to remove cabinet or front/back plate to get to it) Next check the heating element itself with a meter for continuity OHMS CLOSED CIRCUIT. If not its defective. Check dryer Terminal block prongs both outside prongs should give combined 220, and 110 each if u check 1 outside & 1 center (ground) prong. Also check house electrical outlet for full voltage. 220 because if u only get half or 110 volts you will be able to run the machine which uses only 110 to run motor but not the heater which uses a full 220, Check the thermal cut off, the cycling and the hi limit thermostats. For continuity or OHMS. If no ohms or resistance they need replacement. Lastly check your moister sensor. ( located inside the dryer door usually) Especially if machine seems to shut down early and clothes are still wet. Test with a meter at room temperature and it should show continuity.

Replaced rollers and not getting message that door is not closed and wont work

This has happened to me before.?? To replace the rollers you most likely had to disassemble the whole dryer. Now the first thing I would check is to see if you connected the door switch back or if you connected it wrong.

DPGT750Gc1ww Wont heat up Igniter lights but burner wont light

If it's an HSI (hot surface ignitor) that glows, then usually the ignition control module looks at it's current draw, to assume that it's hot enough to ignite the gas. If the current draw isn't sufficient, then it won't open the gas valve. If you see it glow, put your volt meter on the gas valve terminals to see if it gets energized. If it doesn't energize before it locks out, then let the HSI cool down to room temp and check the resistance of it. Compare that resistance reading to a new one (one that is worn will have a higher resistance than a new one - more resistance, less current draw!).
