May be your transfer roller which would sit right under your toner, but before replacing that it could also be a dirty lens on your laser asm. That would be right above your toner.

Everything you checked sound good. Might be printer software problem, and needs to be re-flashed. Software only available from secure web site that a technician would have, see what it cost if to much buy a new one with extra bells and whistles ! Place thick paper and push it manually while rotating the rollers in that way the small paper jam remain inside will comeout.

The scanner has problem with autoparking. On printer start it move some distance to the right and then move back to the left. The detection of the left start position was probably wrong and the scanner wanted still move to the left. I disassembled the top printer part, cleared the scanner, blew the dust, disconnected and reconected connector to step motor and reassembly all together. And the printer is ok.

There is a "change ink" in your menu settings that will bring the printer head to the correct position for swapping cartridges.

Fax board is broken!
