Unplug it, then when you plug it back in it is on the default screen for set time, turn dial to right for hours will advance up starts at 00, advanced to 01, 02, and same for min. when you are at say 9 press / push in main knob 1x to advance to minutes, and advances to next input so hours, minutes, then am pm pushing button after dialing to am or pm finishes and sets the time. I think the problem is just coincidental to the lamp replacement.i would say there is grease or food debris on the turntable support or turntable motor coupler.The service manual is here and you can order parts from the Pros here.

My Advantium was arching at the turntable. Replaced the turntable roller assembely (that hold the metal or glass plate) and the arching went away.

The Magnetron has failed, causing the waveguide to become damaged. If the waveguide is damaged/burned the microwave can not be repaired and should be replaced.

Normally you have to separate the door panels (as shown in the attached photo) and then you'll see the previously hidden screws you need to remove.

The first thing I would suggest is a hard reset. Unplug the unit for a minute or so. Then plug it back in, set the clock and try again. If that doesn't work, leave it unplugged for about 5 minutes. Use aluminium foil to cover the baker. But only in convection case, not for micro waves cooking !

Yes but you must remove the oven cover.

Looking at the schematic in the service manual here, I would say relay RY6 on the small sub PCB (relay board) has shorted contacts.

That's the relay that runs both the fan and turntable.

It's possible that it may be a bad connection or driving component on that board, but in my experience, it's virtually always a stuck relay.

The part number on the relay as shown in the photo is hard to read, but it looks like "OJ-SH-112LM".
