The printer driver is corrupted and needs to repair it by adding new printer with the same printer name and set it as default. Then delete the old printer icon. If prints the test page, then it solves your problem.
If still not working, uninstall and reinstall the printer driver which will refresh the printer driver itself. then set up the printer again.

Printer Dock 3 Print Problems
Unfortunately you may have to force feed the paper through as the printer is trying to pull it, it works but you have to stop pushing once it takes the paper!

Picture prints with red tint
Sounds like the colour cartridge is either empty or you have blocked cyan and yellow printheads. If so, refer to the user manual for instructions on how to clean the printheads. This is a common problem on any inkjet printer which isn't used regularly and is caused by ink drying in the nozzles.
