You need to download a manual, is the system allready install with the extensions and the trunk lines?

Have to set program 619 for each extension .

You can program call waiting tone, pick up the handset and dial 7311# to each extension so whenever a second calls comes in you will be recieving a tone.

First set your DSS in program 003, then pair it with your phone in program 004, then check program 005 to assigng one touch transfer.

First assing the flexible ringing day, night, lunch in programs 408 to 410, the assign the delay ringing for the extensions you want in 411 to 413.

You will need to put the card inservice (INS) and permit the extensions to call out.

Lines are assigned in program 400. Normally, they are assigned by default so someone had to work very hard to unnasign them even though you didn't have the hardware.

On that phone, press PROGRAM the button and dial 01 STORE.

Press program again to exit programming.

It's not likely you'll be needing the Group Log In/Out button.
