what about calling the people who made the scooter and ask them for help. also if you can not afford a new one sometimes community groups like Rotary or the Lions club will sponsor life aids, especially for younger people they are all about good quality of life! give it a try, nothing to loose and you might just get a new scooter! hope it helps.

could be the key switch or the flat cable that runs from the controller to the bottom of the throttle assy.

normally at the bottom of the steering column it there's o boot look under itor in the battery compartment next to the batteries

look on the inside of the wheel there should be bolt and nut going thru the wheel and axle you'll need a long Allen wrench and nut driver to remove and the wheel pulls offsorry not sure what size wrenches

Hi. We need a bit more info. Any lights flashing, if so how many flashes between the pauses.
Have you checked the free-wheel lever is in the correct position?
Did the machine suddenly become faulty, or has it had faults for a while?

need to know how old unit is smart shoppers now use seat switches that are normally open without weight and when seated normally closed, if you unplug the wires that come from the seat switch and the cart doesn't move then the seat switch is stuck and should be replaced. older units were normally closed without weight and normally open when seated in this case check to see if the wires have come unplugged and reconnect them then recheck if cart won't run when seated replace seat switch.

you'll need new batteries plan on replacing them at 1-1/2 to 2 years

Have you checked the batteries

check the charger, if you plug it in the indicator should blink for aprox. 30 sec. then go solid and when charge is complete the indicator will start to blink again, also if the charger is working the scooter should not move when plugged in, if charger not working check power cord before replacing charger

In the motor controller and depending on the age may or may not be adjustable without a programmer

Sorry but you would need a programmer to attach to the controller I am a service tech and use it to program the controllers
