Sump hose has fallen off Unplug tilt machine back have a look underside to check also could be the soap dispenser hose Hole in it.This rubs away on side of machine 5yrs old.
Turn it anticlockwise
if it won't turn it has something inside jamming it
you will need to remove the pump and filter assembly and take it apart to clear it
Do you hear the pump starts turning?
If yes : some clothing is blocking the hose to the pump.
If no: electronical failure i.g. a relais on the programmer board.
Bosch Logix with error code F43 has "a motor fault". You can reset the error code by the follow steps: 1. Turn the appliance knob to the off or reset position, 12 o'clock. 2. Turn the knob to the 6 o'clock position. 3. Press and hold the spin button and while holding the spin button turn the knob to the 7 o'clock position. Continue holding the spin button for about 5 seconds then release the spin button and now turn the knob to off When your turn it back on it should have cleared the error code Check motor connector blockCheck wiringCheck motor carbon brushesCheck tacho connectionsCheck motor
it can be done by yourself as long as you feel comfortable in doing so as it can be a bit fiddly.
you will need to unplug the appliance, unscrew the pump housing from the cabinet, disconnect the hoses on the pump housing this will enable you to find the obstruction, remove it and subsequently unscrew the filter. then reassemble
This might help you with the pump its on a bosch

Hi from retired Englishman in SW France,
Sorry, this forum is not able to supply any type of manual, installation instructions, electrical or schematic diagrams direct; it's just made up of ordinary guys and gals, probably at home and from all over the world, with experience of addressing problems and giving guidance for free on the web ;-0)
You will need to type into your search engine/web browser '(make model number) washer manual' and you should be presented with a number of sources from which you can either download for free or have to pay a nominal amount.
You could also try the manufacturer's web site direct ;-0)
If this has assisted you please consider a 4 thumbs up for the rating.
Thanks and good luck!

Hi from retired Englishman in SW France,
( 'FP' = faulty pump?- try these pre-typed notes!)
I would gently suggest as a first step that you clean the drain motor lint tray/filter. So many 'faults' are caused by blocked filters and many machines will not even go to spin or release the door lock if there is any water still left inside.
Here are my complete guidance notes for checking both the drain motorfilter and the drain motor ;-0)
-------------------------------------
If you are unsure where the filter is, it is often behind the front lower (kick) panel (or in some machines at the rear in an awkward position!) and most are held in by a round cover/knob. Sometimes the filter will not come out with the cover and you will have to persuade it to come out to play!
REMOVE POWER AND ENSURE YOU HAVE A WATER RECEPTACLE/RAGS TO SOAK UP THE WATER WHICH IS BOUND TO POUR OUT! It's surprising what people have found in theirs! It is always worthwhile checking it on a regular basis.
Now- whilst the filter is removed it is normally possible to see the drain motor and ensure it is not jammed by a foreign object such as a needle or a toothpick. It should be able to be turned by hand/finger- the power IS OFF!
At this point it is also possible to test if the motor works. No clothes or water in the machine, select a spin cycle and put the power back on. You should be able to see the motor turning at some point, possibly straight away. If it doesn't work then the motor is malfunctioning!
Hope the filter is the problem and good luck!
