Did you have this regulator shipped to you or did you pick it up personally at a scuba store ??

Not likely a dive store or the manufacturer will sell such a part due to liability concerns. That being said, the knob should NOT fall out.
You could contact the place you bought it seeking warranty repair.
Ditto with the manufacturer. If you call Sherwood and describe the problem there's a good chance they will replace the part (in house) at no charge other then postage. However, most manufacturers require annual inspection/overhaul of life support equipment to maintain warranty status.
The regulator is free flowing
Your regulator requires servicing as this problem could be caused by either excessive pressure in the LP line to your Reg or the valve in the reg has become defective.

Where can I get a replacement lens removal tool
At a Sherwood SCUBA dealer? How about that. However just about any brand of a similar item will likely work. OR, you could make your own by sharpening any piece of durable plastic of the appropriate size.
Leak at bcd overflow valve, need inside gasket
Get thee to a SCUBA store the sells that brand. It's an easy replacement. One thing you could try would be to turn the existing gasket over and see if the unused surface will make a seal. The overflow valve is a CRITICAL safety item on your BCD. Make sure it's
working properly before you use the BCD.
How many time is normal mask life ?
it depends on the quality of the mask and it depends on how you stored it (if you leaved it at sunlight, if you washed it thoroughly after using it in the sea...)
i have a mid quality mask Mares mask, i have been using about 20 times for snorkeling, then i used it to take diving certifications in pool, then i used it for about other 20 dives in the sea... i always stored it in a dark bag (the mask is now about 8 years old)
you can check if you mask is still in good shape, and the silicone has not worn out, in this simple way: just put the mask on your face without straps.. remove all the air inside the mask by inhaling with your nose.. then look at your feet (keep inhaling): if the mask remains on your face you can keep using it
If i lay a pipe 6 inches below the surface of the
I would say no. The water in the pipe that is above sea level will drop back in the pipe until it reaches sea level. Provided neither end of the pipe whether above or below the sea is blocked the level in the pipe will always find natural sea level so it wont be higher or lower than sea level. So in answer to your question No it wont pour out.
