try checking the carbon brushes.

disconnect from electricity. take back panel off.you will see heater at bottom of tub held in by 1 10mm nut.disconnect wires to it. loosen this nut and pull heater out - you may have to help it with a screwdriver. you can then see into the gap between tub and drum and fish for the bra wire.
tell her not to wear bras with wires!!

When the washing machine is turned on... it beeps and displays error message E90 it wont operate.

In case of error in the mains, or like what happend today at my house, the power lines went partially down, providing too low voltage, EH0 or EH1 will occour. If you also notice that the lightning indoor is somewhat dimmed during this error, the voltage is too low.

I understand that you have removed your soap dispenser on your Electrolux washer and are having a challenge getting it back into place. It should go back into place once lined up.
