ok u hav some options:

> take out ur memory card, buy USB CARD READER OR A LITTLE USB THAT U CAN PUT MEMORY CARD IN then either put in correct slot or put in the dongle and plug in comp voila!

If it's really inside the lens only Sony can clean that up.
An ordinary cam repairman cant open up the lens.
Only Sony has the tools for it.
