This happen after I cleaned the waste box for Konica Minolta Magicolor 1600W

make sure the IP address on your printer and on your PC/ Network are of the same Range. check for subnets too.

When the waste toner bottle becomes full, the message "WASTE TONER
FULL/REPLACE BOTTLE"

Go to "Ch. 7 replacing consumables" > "Replacing Consumables" > "Replacing the Waste Toner Bottle" this is found on page 165 of the user guide. This walks you through replacing the waste toner bottle.

yes.... go to the printer and faxes under the start> settings menu .....right Click the default printer it has a check mark by the icon......then go to printing preferences under ink click black.... hope this helps ...this is info for 2000pro
