What is errror code erh
The manual I just read says to unplug the unit from wall an allow to set for a couple of minutes. This will reset it. An code should go away. If not contact service for repair. Their web page has a service manual you can down load. Maybe repair yourself if possible. I would do the reset first.
What is the error code b-in
It's meant to tell the operator that the bowl is not in proper operating position. If the bowl is in the proper position then the bowl in switch may be bad.
Hook straggles to turn when dough in bowel
The Legacy is an electronic mixer and the transmission does not have any gear, and it frequency convertor that works in phases 2 and 3. If the hook struggling when turns, check the transmission belt locasted at the top of the mixer, remove the cover first.
If the belt is loose, tense it with the screw on the base of the motor or replace the belt. If you can not fix it, let me know and I'll try something else.
Switch reluctance drive fault
There are no schematics for the reluctance drive unit to get details of every resistor, at a technician level. Perhaps try resourcing the company that makes the drives for Hobart. The troubleshooting of the drive is complex and dangerous because of residual high DC voltages. Use extreme caution while near the drive. Voltages take a while to dissipate.
