Mountain Shimano Deore Bicycle Shifter/brake Lever Part 100 Questions & Answers
Shimano Deore LX right hand rear shifter
HERE is Shimano's exploded-view diagram of the shifters, but it really only gives you a ballpark idea of the assembly. You will have to piece the rest together from memory, i suppose. Sorry, i could not find more information for you.
Hope this helps a little,

How do you reasemble a shamondo deore lx shifter?
That would of course depend on why you took it apart, what you did to it and what specific model (year included) you're talking about.
My advice would be to take it down to a Local Bike Shop and let them assess what needs to be done.
The chain momentarily locks up
This is usually caused by a front deraleur located too close to the outside perimeter of the outside cog. Without looking at it, I would venture to say that by adjusting the deraleur height a little higher (not much), you might get rid of this problem.
8speed lx shifter to xt shifter
It depends.. Shifter cables are standard and the same one would work for both LX and XT shifters. If the old cable is full of grime etc, it is a good idea to run new cables - it will give you a smooth easy shift.
I am sure if you check www.shimano.com you will find the manual for your model of shifter. Replacing cables is pretty easy.
What size is my bottom bracket for a Nishiki Kinzua 29 Men's Mountain Bike
hi if i remember correctly to size up for a bottom bracket, flip your bike upside down resting on handle bars and seat carefully not to damage anything, and where the bottom bracket go's through the frame of the bike you take a tape measure and measure the width of only the frame housing where the bottom bracket go's into this is a lot easier to do when the crank arms are removed. also on some bottom brackets when removed from the bike has all the data stamped on it depending on the type of bottom bracket. if not measure the width of the frame where the bottom bracket sits in too and that will be the size of the bottom bracket you need, then determine which type it is once you have remove the cranks arm which are attached to the bottom bracket could be splined drive or square tapered type bottom bracket basically the shape of the metal part that the crank arms push and bolt on to then match up on a cycle part website.
I need disconnect front wheel mountain bike forfringe super cycle 550 zoom full suspension
The front wheel is normally held in with one of two common methods. A basic nut on each end of the axle or a 'skewer' pin. On most bike that do not have disc brakes you might need to unhook the brake arms to allow the tyre to clear the brake pads.
For the nut type simply slacken the nuts and drop the wheel out of the C shaped notches the axle sits in.
The skewer type is a small lever on one side you swing all the way over then slacken the nut on the opposite side two or three turns. The wheel should then drop down and out.
