The only clue to what you have in front of you is that it might be a watch as you posted to the Watches category. All questions need 'make model (what it is)' as the first three words in every question. Watches can be fully digital, with no crown (proper name for 'pull pin') to pull. They can be quartz electronic with an analogue dial and a crown. Finally they can be 'automatic', with no battery and powered by a spinning weight like my Rolex. that has a 3 way crown, pull to first position and it changes the date, pull all the way to change the time. My Seiko has a similar crown, but first position does the day when turned clockwise and the date when turned anti-clockwise. Pulling out all the way changes the hands. Google make model manual ..
