To remove the front side panel on a 2014 Victory Vision Tour, locate and unscrew the bolts securing the panel. Gently pry the panel away, being cautious not to damage it

Pull the rubber grommet/cover over the pin in the middle of the caliper .Once you pull the pin you use a screwdriver to compress the calipers then you pull out the first and install the new one. The caliper doesn't come off the bike, it basically stays in place and the new pads slide in front the top of the caliper.

You probably either have too much gas or not enough.
If there is too much, the plugs will be wet, and you need to burn it off.
The full choke should not be kept on long, and you could also have an over flowing needle and seat in the carb.
If there is not enough gas, then you could still have a bad needle and seat, but could also have a bad fuel filter, bad tank vent, of you have water in the tank.

I have to replace the Neutral Switch Sensor, but can't seem to locate it on the bike. (Victory V92C Deluxe). It is not the speed sensor I need to locate it's the Neutral Switch Sensor

The first thing to do is get a can of spray starting fluid and shoot some into the air intake of the engine, it may be your fuel has deteriorated and this makes it harder to ignite, the starting fluid may get the engine going and that may cure the problem, then you can drain out the old fuel. The fuel system doesn't have a stand alone filter it has a strainer made of fine mesh nylon that is part of the fuel tank valve.

It's a common noise, Blame it on the design of the Valvetrain, it's just a bit noisy. Mine has made that nose for as long as I can recall. My exhaust is loud so it's hardly ever noticeable at all, if ever, but seriously no Worries, just a loud valvetrain. These are some of the most durable engines produced, I've absolitely tortured mine and it runs like new, no leaks or noises, no issues whatsoever, now if it would stop snapping $300 Drive Belts! My 03 V92C Classic Cruiser is at Bottom Right of this picture, get some exhaust like mine and you'll forget that little valvetrain noise!

indicates that it is a faulty hydraulic lifter and not a chain chains rattle
