This particular unit has a typical GY6-style engine with a fuel line designated from the gas tank to the carburetor distinguished by an in-line cylindrical fuel filter located near the center of the line. Best to locate the carburetor distinguished by the location of the air filter, there should be a hose going from that unit up into the gas tank. Ideally, remove the gas tank entirely and it should reveal the gasoline lines directly to the carburetor. The photo shows the fuel line/filter indicated in red, and the location of the carburetor within the blue indicator.

My first thought was that it has a diaphragm carburetor and the membrane was punctured or split. Normally white smoke is water in the combustion chamber but this is air cooled so either too much fuel, incorrect fuel or burning oil can cause this.

You need to track the buzzing, but these come in either carburetor or Electronic Sequential Port Fuel Injection (ESPFI) My guess is that yours is fuel injected and the buzzing is the fuel pump relay.
