Hi,,it realy comes down to how much do you want to pay? you could use a good mineral based oil,,that is not expensive or you could go to a semi or full synthectic,that will cost more.

oil change should be done at every 5000km,,and in winter you can use 10w-40/ 10w-50 and in summer 20w-40/ 20w-50.

as long as you change the oil every 5000km and of course not using supermarket brand oil,,then the choice is up to you.

What is the oil capacity of 1991 zzr250 front forks

according to my handbook 350ml when empty 300ml at oil change. As a 2nd check i used a length of wire with masking tape then measure & mark the tape 135mm insert down into the fork. hope this helps it worked for me.

I got 250cc 1994 Kawasak ZZR. Is that 4 stroke or 2 stroke. wat oil does it need

A ZZR250 is a four stroke that uses SE or SF class four stroke 4T motor oil. Motul or equivalent.
On an older bike I would goe with 20-50 or 20-40 viscosity and it take just under 2 liters.

Problem looks quit similar to mine. There could be a leak in one of the hous or and the prower steering pump leak.
U might wanna change the COMPLETE RACK ASSEMBLY AND OR THE P/S PUMP.

Installation of an oil pump in a 1977 Ford f-350

i assume it is 2wd. you will need to jack motor up and remove oil pan. you will be able to get to pump then be sure you put drive rod back in it runs down from distributor. what is your problem?
