Hi i have a gpx750 87 model engine in my dune buggy and i am having problems with it stalling once under revs and the the starter motor is unable to turn the engine over again like the engine is ceased....

Is there any fuel in the cylinders when you take out the spark plugs? If so the fuel system is dumping in too much fuel into the engine. Sunk floats in the carburetor will cause that.

I Have an 89 GPX750 and im wanting to upgrade the old rear shock.. But have no idea the options that will fit this bike.. Wanting an adjustable spring loaded shock That is not way too pricey but does a...

Hi there. To upgrade your old rear shock is a good idea, however very expensive. Makers like Koni, and Ohlins, will have a rear shock to fit your bike, but unless your willing to part with about $1000, then considermy second solution. Have your old rear shock re built, or re furbished, by a qualified suspension mechanic, for a fraction of the cost. It is also possible to customise, and taylor your old shocky to suit you. Example, shorten the spring?, add a spacer to stiffen it up a bit, less oil, or more oil?
I would look into a rebuild first, unless, like i say, you are prepared to spend about $1000 plus.
Anything you choose, will definately enhance your bike.
Good luck

Kawasaki gpx750 do any other handlebars fit this bike as it is too sore on my wrists, could bars from another bike be fitted? the ones on the bike are not the traditional type with the little cradles for...

They are called clip-ons, and there is a company called LSL that makes conversions to handlebars and riser kits. i know StreetfightersByDesign is a dealer, but you can check on Google by searching "LSL handlebar"to find other sites. One word, though, i don't think they are cheap.

Can you tell me how to fit 1989 gpx750 airbox, i am having trouble fitting it in frame. thanks.

You have do dissasamble it first, it is actualy made of 2 pieces, hold together by screws.
You put the big piece into place first, then the smaller one, than the screws.
