Husky pressure washer 80432. 1 year old. worked before the winter. no pressure this summer. honda engine runs fine. replaced the pump from the bottom of the engine down... still doesn't pressurize. Sounds like the pump is straining the motor a bit, like it use to do when it ran... ????

Rebuild the carburetor. Just replace the old gaskets, diaphragms, needle and seat. You can get a rebuild kit from your local lawm mower repair shop. also, don't run last years gas and if you keep gas in the tank over the winter buy a winterizer and pour it in the tank when starts to get cold. Hope this helps!
disconnect the engine from the pump and see which unit is not turning for starters. I suspect the pump because it has water left in the pistons and rust will set in on the flap valves .You may have to pull the pump down to repair this problem
I bought mine at Home Depot, the pump failed after about 8 hours of use then Home Depot agreed to replace it now it failed again after aabout 10 hours of use. This is a piece of crap and Home Depot should be ashamed for selling this junk. I am sure they are in with Husky and making big dollars on a crappy product. My machine is like brand new just will not work. Now the carb has to be replaced only after less than 20 hours.
Lime/calcium build up in the pump.
Pour a large amount of liquid TSP into the fresh water inlet and let it sit for two or three days, the longer the better.
This is how I fixed my no pressure problem.
Works great now
sounds like you need a seal and bladder rebuild < if you liver in a cold environmet for winters please dont forget to winterize your washres every year before winter
You need to remove the carb bowl, then with a small flat screwdriver remove the jet. ( on the side, at the bottom of stem.) take a small wire or toothpick and clean the gunk out of the jet, reassemble and open fuel valve, start, and pat yourself on your back.
