SOURCE: Oil

drain the fuel, locate the float bowl drain screw, lowest screw on the carb and loosen it to drain the carb. replace the fuel with proper pre-mix, replace the spark plug and it should be fine

SOURCE: oil out of tail pipe

Hi,
This is not uncommon.
Things to check first would be your fuel mixture. You might be running a bit rich. You should be using a mix of 3.5 percent synthetic oil.
Being a 2 stroke, the tail pipe cartridge needs replacing from time to time, as it does collect oil with time. If the bike is a bit noisey change the packing.
Always remember that there is oil in fuel used on 2 strokes.
Lastly check the type of oil you are using. Mineral oil does tend to be a bit messy as the mixture requires around 5 percent oil.
Most off road stores now keep good LOW SMOKE oils such as Motrex.
Stick to good synthetic oils !
Cheers
Jon

SOURCE: oil is a grey colour in the engine of my yz 125 2001

Your bike is water cooled. Some of that water is leaking into the gear box. The cylinder gasket is the likely leak. I would let the shop take a look at it instead of trying to fix it yourself.

But be sure there is not an external source for the water. Do you wash the bike often? Ride the creek bed often? Leave the bike where the lawn sprinkler gets the bike wet? Leave it out in the rain? Change the oil and keep the bike dry. If the problem comes back then go see the dealer.

SOURCE: what oil should i have in yz 125 2 stroke

The clutch and gearbox share the same oil. The oil for the motor is 10w40. Stick with the major brands; Pennzoil, Quaker State, Mobil, Yamalube or Shell.

SOURCE: what spark plug for yz 125?

Hey Ryan, I gotta say "told you so" on the trannie fluid. Go with NGK BR9ES. That is the plug that came in the bike when it was new. As to the clutch plates, you probably can't find just the friction plates. Clutch plates normally come in sets, < pressure plates / friction plates >. If you can find just the friction plates then go for it.

Best wishes, Tombones49

What did Yamaha tell you? I think 10 is too light. Call your Yamaha shop for the proper recommendation.

What is the ratios of oil to gas?

32 to 1 equals 4 ounces two stroke engine oil per one gallon of gas. Be sure to use two stroke engine oil and not motor oil.10w40 motor oil is for the gearbox.
